Big Boss Twang was founded in October of 2007 as a result of 4 friends and their love of Traditional Country music.
Their sound is a blend of many influences, including: Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Dale Watson, Dwight Yoakam, Elvis, and Johnny Cash.
Todd Phoenix and Brock Boss alternate lead vocal and harmony duties.
In keeping with their love of Traditional Country, Brock, Todd, & Shane utilize Fender Silverface Twin amplifiers and Telecaster guitars to get their Twangy country sound.
Rick Tackett on bass and Rob Wade on drums make up the rhythm section. |
